Trillion Scores Top Customer Satisfaction Ranking in Telecommunications Industry for its VoIP and Broadband WAN Services
Annual customer satisfaction survey conducted by an independent agency reveals Trillion’s
“Net Promoter Score” on par with Apple, Amazon and Google
AUSTIN, Texas (July 29, 2009) – Trillion Partners Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of Priority 1 E-Rate eligible Voice over IP (VoIP) services and broadband wide area network (WAN) services for the K-12 education market, has earned the highest customer satisfaction rating among the telecommunications providers measured.
Over the past four years, Trillion has commissioned CSM, Inc., an independent, internationally recognized research firm, to conduct an annual customer satisfaction and loyalty survey to assess its services and benchmark against industry standards. The survey followed standard research methods with a margin of error of plus or minus 0.3 percent.
The 2009 customer satisfaction survey revealed:
- The overall customer satisfaction rating for Trillion was 9.01 on a scale of 1-10.
- Trillion ranks in the top three percent of all CSM business-to-business technology clients, far exceeding the average business-to-business provider score of 7.5.
Trillion Net Promoter Score on par with Apple, Amazon and Google
A key measurement of customer loyalty is the “Net Promoter Score,” which is the percentage of the highest scores (promoters who rate a company 9-10) for a brand, less the percentage of the lowest scores (detractors who rate a company 1-6). When compared to companies with published Net Promoter Scores, Trillion received the highest score among all of the telecommunications providers, including the largest industry brands. Trillion’s Net Promoter Score was 76 percent, while the closest telecommunications competitor earned a 45 percent score. The telecom industry as a whole earned a Net Promoter Score of negative 7 percent. Trillion’s score of 76 percent was on par with Apple, Google and Amazon.
