Who We Are

Trillion is the largest national service provider of fixed wireless and fiber wide area networks for K-12 school districts in the country. We currently manage over 200,000 miles of networks and provide services to over 1,000 schools coast to coast in the United States. We specialize in designing, installing, operating and maintaining wireless and fiber wide area network systems and providing value added secure network and voice services to help school districts deliver better educational outcomes.

What We Do

After consultation with the customer, Trillion engineers a comprehensive IP-based wide area network solution for you. We focus on providing a solution that matches your bandwidth needs on a site-by-site basis.

Trillion's team then constructs, installs and configures the network. After installation, we monitor and maintain the network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, resolving a majority of the issues remotely and dispatching technicians if needed. All Trillion services are supported by our network and security professionals in the Network Operations Center (NOC). Trillion network professionals become an extension of a district’s IT staff, managing the performance and availability of the network. We work nights, weekends and holidays so you don’t have to.

All of our WAN and VoIP services are backed by our Customer Commitment Code which is our commitment to total customer satisfaction.

In addition to our network services, Trillion provides expert E-Rate support to school districts so that processes are followed correctly to receive funding. Our E-Rate experts will work with districts so that forms are filled out correctly and filed on time. Billing doesn’t start until the WAN and/or VoIP service is installed. Because we offer our networks as a service, there are no capital expenses for school districts. Districts simply pay a monthly fee and we manage the performance and availability of the network and VoIP service.
