IT Technician

Trillion is seeking a highly skilled, knowledgeable, motivated IT Technician to work with our IT group.  Reporting to the Network Engineering/IT Manager, the successful candidate will be tasked with desktop administration and other critical duties such as:

• Implement, maintain, backup and support all internal corporate systems
• Develop and document IT processes, workflows and procedures
• Support and train corporate staff
• Configure servers for internal and external deployments
• Monitor all anti-virus/spam and security patching for all company desktops.
• Act as coordinator for cell phones
• Provide training to all employees for new PC Based Software as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2 to 5 years experience in IT Field
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass Trillion background check and drug screen
• Must have a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years) and current valid drivers license

EDUCATION

• Minimum Educational Qualifications
• High School and  2 - 5 years min. service experience
